At Shootup Career, we want our learners to have a smooth and transparent experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for all programs and services offered by us.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% refund if requested within 3 days of purchase.
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You requested the refund within the first 3 days.
- You have not completed more than 10% of course content (for recorded courses).
- You have not attended more than 1 live session (for mentorship batches).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided if:
- The refund window of 3 days has passed.
- You fully consumed or downloaded course materials.
- You attended multiple live sessions.
- You violate our Terms & Conditions or share course material illegally.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name
- Email used during enrollment
- Course / program name
- Reason for refund (optional)
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Changes to This Policy
Shootup Career may update this Refund Policy occasionally. The updated version will always appear on this page along with a revised effective date.
